Harry and I took an early train through the fog up to the Southern Highlands this morning. We kicked around Lancelot Hill and Dirty Janes for antiques in Bowral, hit up a couple of cafes for brunch and coffee, took a stroll in the park and picked up some vintage books before jumping back on the train for the two hour journey home.
It was a “just-the-two-of-us” day. A day where the journey was far more important than the destination. A day aaaalllllllll about the trains...well, for Harry it was. For me today was aaaallllllll about the coffee and antiques and treasured time with my boy.
xx Em.
