Easter Sunday

Happy Easter Lovelies!

We’re curled up on the couch after a delightful day spent with my Mumma and sister.
With the end of daylight saving coinciding with Easter Sunday (thanks bright spark who came up with that naff idea)...both boys were up before 6am but I managed to keep them occupied for a good hour and a half so that the other adults could enjoy a mini sleep-in.

The Easter Bunny had indeed paid us a visit sometime before dawn so bleary eyed adults sat on the back deck with a coffee and hot cross bun while the boys raced about in the back garden gathering eggs from amongst the flowers.

With the basket filled and the spoils evenly split, we sat down to a cooked breakfast before Mum, Katie and I dashed off to spend the rest of the morning immersed in Cartier at the National Gallery.

Oh my giddy aunt...such divine craftsmanship. Such pretty bling! Sadly none of the aforementioned bling managed to accidently fall into my handbag, sigh!

We enjoyed coffee and pastries in the sunshine then popped into the Portrait Gallery for a quick look on the way back to the car. It was really lovely to have a girly day out with these two.

Such a great way to spend the long weekend.
Happy Easter Peeps!

Xx Em
